第六十九条 娱乐场所和公章刻制、机动车修理、报废机动车回收行业经营者违反法律法规关于要求登记信息的规定，不登记信息的，处警告；拒不改正或者造成后果的，对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员处五日以下拘留或者三千元以下罚款。
